His training programs are designed to engage participants and build their confidence in the important Business Development aspect of their role. Speaking
Tom is an experienced speaker working in the UK, Mainland Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. He presents to international audiences from individual companies and professional service firms at their annual or regional conferences and at open leadership conferences at venues like The London Stock Exchange.
Building on his 12 year track record in leading sales team and running UK/European offices for international hi-tech companies, Tom has an empathy for the real-world issues his audiences face which builds both credibility and empathy.
His presentations focus on effective influence, selling and client relationships and provide his audiences with highly practical take-aways that they can immediately apply back in their work environment. Tom tailors his presentations to the context of his audience to ensure they are credible, relevant and engaging. He weaves together theory with anecdotes and practical advice and is always happy handling questions from the audience. Often, Tom’s role extends into that of facilitator where longer presentations are helped by engaging the audience through group discussions and other exercises to develop and embed key learning points.
Tom’s style of presenting at these events is enthusiastic, engaging, ‘light touch’, practical and insightful.
